SeriPrinter + Duplicator

Due to the sensitivity of UV inks it is highly recommended that in order to ensure the shelf life of SeriInk that the ink be stored in a cool dark cupboard or shelf.

If a SeriDrum is not inside the Digital Duplicator it is advisable that it be put into a SeriSafe cabinet or into the SeriDrum case. This will avoid the SeriDrum being exposed to direct sunlight. Direct sunlight to the SeriScreen will result in the SeriInk curing on the screen and a blockage will occur.

Storage temperatures should be between the following temperatures:
5 - 30 degrees celcius / 41 - 86 fahrenheit

SERI-INK IS UV INK AND IS THEREFORE SENSITIVE TO SUNLIGHT.
EXPOSURE TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT AND EXCESSIVE FLUCTUATIONS IN TEMPERATURE
WILL DAMAGE THE INK.
SeriInk is packaged into cartridges, sleeves and master cartons.

SeriInk cartridges contain 1000 gms of SeriInk. Each cartridge has a SeriInk code specifying the colour of the ink, batch number and production date.

A sleeve of BLACK ink consists of 6 x 1000 gm cartridges.
A sleeve of COLOUR ink consists of 3 x 1000g cartridges.

A master carton of ink consists of 12 x 1000 gms of ink. This can either be 2 sleeves of black ink or 4 sleeves of colour ink.
